2. Payment
We offer secured payment through credit card. All payments are processed by third parties such as Shopify and Nets Payments. Unlimited CPH ApS are never storing your credit card information at any time.
We capture the payment after your order has been shipped. As the majority of our sneakers are sold by margin scheme, hence there is no VAT on your invoice.
3. Delivery
All sneakers are shipped from our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark with DHL or PostNord. You can also chose pick-up at checkout (Pick-up is possible between 11AM-5PM, working days only)
4. Refunds & Exchanges
If you wish to return your sneakers and get a refund, please write us an email at info@unlimitedcph.dk including order number (#XXXXX) and specify you want a refund. As soon as we have confirmed this, you have to return the package to our premises:

Always make sure to send the package with a tracking number (and save it!). The return shipping cost is at your own expense. Once you've received a confirmation of the refund it usually takes 2-3 days before the money is back on your account.
If you wish to exchange your ordered pair of sneakers to another size (or model), please send us an email at info@unlimitedcph.dk with your order number (#XXXXX) and desired size/model you want instead. As soon as we have confirmed this, you have to return the package to our premises:

Always make sure to send the package with a tracking number (and save it!). If your desired size/model isn't in stock, we will start sourcing the pair for you, as soon as we hear from you. Please be aware we allow 7 business days for sourcing pairs not in stock. We only ship your new pair after receiving the original pair. The return shipping cost is at your own expense.
5. Warranty
Unlimited CPH ApS only sells unique collectors shoes produced in many different years (some older, som newer). We strive only to sell functional brand new shoes, but if theres manufacturing flaws making the shoes unuseable, please notify is as soon as possible after receiving your order. If your shoes are damaged because of wear etc. we can't exchange/refund your pair.
7. Privacy Policy
To order on our website you have to agree with our terms, and we need the following information for processing: Name, adress, phone number and e-mail. We collect your personal information to be able to deliver the order to you. We don't deliver your personal information to any third parties. Once registered you always have the right to have it removed. These rights are obtained throught the danish privacy policy law.
