Are the sneakers brand new and unused?
All of our sneakers are brand new. All models comes with all original unless anything else is stated. Since you can try on our shoes in our showroom, small traces of dust and dirt is possible, as when you buy from any other sneaker shop.
Are the shoes authentic?
All of our sneakers are always a 100% authentic. We have a very thorough verification process including a detailed check from heel to toe examining stitchting, UV-light discrepancies, weight etc. These steps guarantee we're never wrong. How can you sell shoes that are sold out in regular shops?
As sneaker collectors for more than a decade, we've established a network of collectors and resellers from all over the world. This allows us to, reliable and within a short time-frame, source even the most rare sneakers on the planet. Our concept is to offer the most interesting sneakers that are sold out at retailers, so you always can add something extraordinary to your outfit. We were the first in Denmark to do it - and we'll keep on offering our service as long as there is demand for it.
Are original receipt and accesories included?
We always include original accesories unless anything else is stated on the product page. To protect sensitive information we don't include the original receipts from the original buyer. If it's neccesity for you, please contact us prior to purchase, to see if we are able to include it.
Where is my order sent from?
All sneakers are shipped from our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. You can also chose pick-up at checkout (Pick-up is possible between 11AM-5PM, working days only)
What long will delivery take?
We aspire to ship out all orders in stock within 2 business days. For orders "on demand" we allow 7 business days before shipping. Shipping time from our premises to you is usually around 1-5 business days depending on destination country.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your sneakers are sent, you will receive an emial with tracking-info. In this email you can track your package and see estimated delivery time.
Can I pick up my order at your location?
Yes! We love having sneakerheads through - and now it's possible to collect your pair in our showroom in Copenhagen. Just chose "Pick-up" at checkout and you'll receive more information as soon as your pair is ready for collection. For orders "on demand" please be aware allow 7 business days before your sneakers are ready for pick-up.
How much is the shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of 150 DKK (20�) for shipping worldwide.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange my order?
Yes! If you wish to exchange your ordered pair of sneakers to another size (or model), please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (#XXXXX) and desired size/model you want instead. As soon as we have confirmed this, you have to return the package to our premises:

Always make sure to send the package with a tracking number (and save it!). If your desired size/model isn't in stock, we will start sourcing the pair for you, as soon as we hear from you. Please be aware we allow 7 business days for sourcing pairs not in stock. We only ship your new pair after receiving the original pair. The return shipping cost is at your own expense.
How do I return my order?
You can always return your order within 14 days after receiving your order. If you wish to return your sneakers and get a refund, please write us an email at email@example.com including order number (#XXXXX) and specify you want a refund. As soon as we have confirmed this, you have to return the package to our premises:

Always make sure to send the package with a tracking number (and save it!). The return shipping cost is at your own expense. Once you've received a confirmation of the refund it usually takes 2-3 days before the money is back on your account.
Can I get my money back?
Yes! You can always return your order within 14 days after receiving your order (or exchange the pair to another size/model). Please follow the steps in "How do I return my order?" above?" ovenfor.
